the ambiance of the place is great it has a nice calm atmosphere. their service is also very good we had a 5 min wait and it was not crowded. and lastly their food was nice no problems well seasoned and a good variety. I recommend!

A great burger place with fast service, consistency, and friendly staff. The shroom burger is always made perfectly and not over oily. The cheese fries with the cheese on the side are also great. During their promotion period, the manager even gave me and my friends free mint Oreo shakes that were delicious.

I ordered delivery, double burger with lettuce tomato onion pickle, and a side of fries. The way they do it is th bun is not cut all the way though, it's all stuffed in like a taco and tucked into paper, so if you take it out of he paper pocket like i did at home, it all spills out and falls apart. Nothing was wrapped for cold temperature delivery, and the fries were cold. The lemonade spilled all over everything- The burger was tasty but too charred.. I won't order delivery again x

In my opinion, Shake Shack has some of the best burgers out there. The Shack Burger and Shack Stack are awesome! The Shack Stack features a large portabella mushroom fried with a crispy outer shell and loaded with melted cheese on a standard burger patty. The Shack Burger is your typical cheeseburger with a Shake Shack twist. The patties are made with some of the highest quality beef I ever tasted in a burger. Service isn't the quickest but the employees are friendly and given the nature of fast casual dining, the wait is not too long.

I forget how good the food at Shake Shack is. The burgers are really good here. I tried the Carolina bbq burger with bacon, crispy onions, fried pickles, and jack cheese. All the flavors complemented each other very well. I had the chicken bites too. Tender hot and crispy bites of chicken with shake sauce on the side. I tried the yuzu honey lemonade. It was very refreshing and had the right amount of sweetness. Finished the whole meal off with the salted chocolate caramel shake. I am very pleased. The food was served fast, thankfully cause we came in hungry! the restaurant is spacious and will come back again.

We love this place. There are always a wait when you go there. Doesn't matter the time. The best thing is to order in advance on the app and go there to pick up. My kids love the food here. The burgers are just your all American juicy burger. Delicious! The fries are great too! We love spicy fries, plain fries and cheesy fries! Yes we ordered 3 orders of fries! The fries are always so crispy! Highly recommend.

I have been here/ordered pick up/delivery from here many times. Today I put in for a pick up order on my lunch break just before 12 pm. My order was ready when I arrived, less than 10 mins! A friendly employee greeted me with enthusiasm and had my order ready in hand. He also gave me a survey and asked me to complete it if I had time. It was a pleasant interaction. It made me think of all the times I've been here, it's always been pretty pleasant. The seating area is very tidy, lots of bench seating available. You can definitely come here with the family. Very tidy condiment section as well with water cups and dispenser, ketchup, everything you need. This shake shack is located in a busy shopping center, big parking lot but definitely has a lot of moving cars within the center. I'm usually able to find parking without an issue. I love your classic shack burger and fries. Shake shack fries are definitely my top 3 type of fries. Perfect texture and perfect crisp. Goes great with a side of shack sauce (just ask for some). If I'm up to a shake I'll usually get the black and white. Can never go wrong with Shake Shack!!
